How do I not let my disability deter me from my startup plans?

I have a great business idea which I have developed to the point of having an LLC, trademark, LOGO and pending patent, but I need help because I have Parskinson's. I live outside Seattle.

I have a business plan, prototype, customer presentation, and am having a website developed. It also has a cause marketing element and will donate a significant amount towards finding cures. Any suggestions?

I'm uncomfortable presuming to answer this question without having dealt with your disability, but from what you say here, it seems like you are well on your way--already further than a lot of people who don't have to deal with your disability. Congratulations on that, and accept my apology for not having specific recommendations.
