The high-powered Business Council of U.S President-elect, Donald Trump has taken a shape with the vibrant names selected in the list of his Advisory Council. That includes Pepsico's CEO, Indra Nooyi, Uber CEO, Travis Kalanick, Tesla/SpaceX's CEO, Elon Musk, along with the chief executive of IBM, Ginni Rometty, who was previously there from tech industry.

The newly elected Prez, Trump, who takes office on 20th Jan, 17, will get help of these top business leaders in his council. The members of council will be advising President on several business and economic matters with the inputs on private sector to Trump. There are even more members which still need to be added in the list of Business Council.

Commitment

Pepsico's CEO, Indra Nooyi is certainly the most practical believer of "commitment', whose commitment for work is known to the world. Whether it's about personal commitment or a professional one, she is the leader who has been unprecedented in everything from professional values to personal ones. Being one of the most greatest follower of "commitment', Nooyi has served Pepsico for 22 years from 1994 to now. The journey of this business leader had been based on varied things, but the commitment has been a constant attribute of her through which she has come a long way.

In 2009, Nooyi made a worldwide promise on delivering sustainable growth by investing in a healthier future for Pepsico, and the company served the same in the span of 10 years. There are innumerous examples of Nooyi's ongoing term in Pepsico.

Innovation

The techno pioneer of Silicon Valley, CEO and co-founder of Uber, Travis Kalanick had belief in his innovative entrepreneurial idea from always. Kalanick's journey has been very enthusiastic with his entrepreneurial idea of serving the car service to people. From a failed startup to now the company that is operating services in 128 countries worldwide, Travis is now one of the richest American in Forbes' list. Travis has been a great follower of innovation in dealing with his routine work issues.

Techno Enthusiast

Widely known for Tesla's electric car, Elon Musk is a big techno enthusiast. Musk also co-founded PayPal and other ventures like Solarcity, Hyperloop and OpenAI in the previous years before founding Tesla and SpaceX. Musk learnt computer programming at the age of 12. Like techno legend Steve Jobs, Musk takes just $1 for his official annual salary from Tesla Motors. In 2013, Musk launched its another endeavor- the Hyperloop, which is an altogether a new form of transportation that could send people from Los Angeles to San Francisco in 35 minutes.

Leadership

One of the outstanding business leaders in world, Gini Rometty is the chief executive of IBM who plays a great role in the success of IBM. Her leadership skills have served IBM a strong employee base to move faster than ever. After working in PriceWatercooperhouse, Gini, has given IBM a new lead in market. Gini changed the old-school approach and atmosphere of company by giving opportunities to fresh talents in IBM.
