Urstadt Biddle Properties (UBA) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.37 per share, in line with the Zacks Consensus Estimate. This compares to FFO of $0.34 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

A quarter ago, it was expected that this commercial real estate investment trust would post FFO of $0.35 per share when it actually produced FFO of $0.36, delivering a surprise of 2.86%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates just once.

Urstadt Biddle, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust - Retail industry, posted revenues of $34.05 million for the quarter ended October 2021, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 1.52%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $32.32 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates two times over the last four quarters.
