When you have too many accounts to attend to, it's time to bring in some help.

This particularly applies to servicing existing sales accounts. You have to strike a balance between your need to maintain positive contact with the customer and your need to work on other accounts. It's the "can't be in two places at the same time" problem. If you have support personnel, delegate some work to them.
