What can Congress do to help small businesses hit by the hurricanes?
When the hurricanes in the South wreaked devastation across theGulf Coast, small businesses in particular were hit hard, and manyentrepreneurs in the region fear they will not have the capital torebuild. Since the hurricanes, some small-business owners havestarted complaining that aid designated for the region is notreaching them.
