Just look atthe statistics: Industry estimates indicate that the growth ofhandbag sales nationwide now exceeds 7 percent a year--a ratehigher than any other category in the accessories business.
And if you ask entrepreneurs--both fledgling andestablished--they'll tell you the same. Giants like Coach, LizClaiborne and Ralph Lauren can't possibly meet every marketdemand, leaving the door wide open for self-starters.
