Theseaccounts reveal how the TV remote, Teflon, Tupperware and manyother products came to be, each chapter ending with a lesson thatsums it up.
Some of the guidelines are obvious. No one will be dumbfoundedto learn that "Nothing beats good publicity for increasingacceptance of an innovative product." But the storiesillustrating these rules help make them memorable.
