Just because you've written--or at least think you'vewritten-a press release worthy of a Pulitzer Prize, don'tassume you'll get front page coverage. In fact, don'tassume you'll get any coverage at all unless you pay attentionto the following rules of PR etiquette:
1. Make sure the publications you're targeting withyour press release are tailor-made for your product or service.
