For one international entrepreneur, giving back is just part of smart business.

Robert P. McGraw confesses his Chinese isn't exactlypassable. But his heart is in the right place: He's giving backto Longjiang Village, a town in southwestern China where his6-year-old company has built a very modern raw-materials processingcenter.

So far, his company, Longjiang River Health Products, hasfinanced the village's first waste management facility, donatedmore than 40 computers to the local school and started a fund tomake sure schoolgirls have textbooks. Employees tutor localchildren and work on construction projects.
