IFA and MBDA to Improve Opportunities for Minority Entrepreneurs

Orlando, Florida--The International Franchise Associationand the Minority Business Development Agency signed a strategicalliance at the IFA's annual convention held last month. Theassociation committed to share its franchise expertise with MBDA tohelp prospective minority franchisees learn the fundamentals offranchising, evaluate potential franchise options and obtainfunding. Using the knowledge provided by IFA, MBDA would provideone-on-one technical assistance to prospective minority franchiseesthrough their minority business development centers around thecountry. -International Franchise Association
