His grasp ofdownside risk- upside potential- rewarded fundshareholders: Over the past three years, ending July 31, thefund's average annual total return was 13.09 percent, accordingto Lipper. In addition, it's garnered four out of five possibleLipper Leaders checks, scoring it tops in total return, consistentreturns, preservation of capital and expenses.
