Garden Grove, California--Concerned that Shakey'sInc. has misappropriated funds collected through product purchaserebates, board members of the Shakey's Franchised DealersAssociation (SFDA) agreed on May 9th to consider possible legalaction against the company. Typically such monies are reinvested inbrand and product development initiatives, but SFDA members believethe company has failed to do so.
