In a fast-moving world, one tactic to help us ground each other is to practice minfdulness. To practice mindfulness is desire to improve your thoughts, which can improve your reality.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Jack Canfield outlines how a few different culture practice mindfulness.

The Japanese practice Shirin-Yoku, which Canfield translates directly to forest bathing. This exercise promotes healing amidst the busy schedule of modern living and constant technology use. In a similar fashion, the Danish choose to practice Friluftsliv, or the act of spending time outdoors and soaking up nature.

These methods concentrating on giving attention to entities outside of the self, by appreciating nature, will help you develop perspective and a calm mindset.

Whatever mindful route you practice, it may feel refreshing to simply go outside for a 15-minute interval and soak up the fresh outdoors. You may be pleasantly surprised at how relaxed you become.
