Use register read-outs as a promotional tool

Customers of Mary-Ellen's Flowers and Gifts (www.mary-ellens.com) get more than just a transactionrecord when they make a purchase. Instead, the Mooresville, NorthCarolina, florist and gift shop uses its register receipts to relayinformation about special discounts and promotions, cut flowerspecials and Web site information.
