A:Telemarketing can be an attractive alternative for people who areconfined to the home and personable on the phone. There are twoforms of telemarketing: inbound and outbound. With outboundtelemarketing, you call prospects and use a carefully preparedscript. Inbound telemarketing involves answering calls generatedthrough advertising products or services in another medium, like TVor radio. Typically, those ads provide a toll-free numberthat's routed to you; you then take orders or provideinformation to callers.
