How to Find the Time to Do Everything As an Entrepreneur

It's easy to feel overwhelmed as an entrepreneur. What to do first when there are so many things that need doing? Jen Groover, a serial entrepreneur, advises business owners to keep both a personal and a professional to-do list and prioritizing each one. She also suggests:

  • Letting family, friends and business associates know your priorities so that they don't feel you're just ignoring them
  • Creating a "drama-free zone" so that you can stay focused on your goals
  • Don't beat yourself up for not getting it all done. If you cross off five things on your to-do list each day, you're probably making good progress
