Frank Rimalovski of NYU Innovation Venture Fund says startups need to think creatively when using social media to reach customers, and discusses how one company used a Facebook sweepstakes to win more followers. In this video interview, he says many new companies are developing their own networks, and intergrating them with bigger players like Facebook, Foursquare, Twitter - something that is smart to do.
