Bertrand Sosa on Re-Energizing Small Businesses

In the latest season of Project Grow, we talk to experts about the challenges of growing a business.

Bertrand Sosa, along with his brother Roy, started the debit-card company NetSpend with $750, eventually selling it for $750 million. Now an investor in Austin working on his latest company, Rev Worldwide, he says small businesses need more resources to flourish, pointing to what's available in Austin's thriving startup scene. He and his brother started RISE, a nonprofit conference for entrepreneurs, in 2007 as one way to help business owners. In this video, he talks about a common mistake that business owners make (giving up too soon) plus he recommends finding a partner.
