Carolina Leon, director of marketing, says her team learned that one of the toughest balancing acts involved delivering the right amount of subtlety during a presentation. 
 
While it's important to conduct thorough research and develop a pitch accordingly, Leon says it's also important to skip the salesman act and not overburden the audience with details.
