If there's one thing most people can agree on when it comes to millennials, it's that the generation has changed the workplace.

But Chloé Tashjian Soares, founder and president of Tash + Co, a leadership search and consulting agency, says she sees the positive impact these young employees have brought.

"These are great problems to have because they're really clear about what they want," she says. "One of the most difficult things for a company is when they don't know what their employees want."
