Understand Impermanence, and Be Happier

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

Impermanence is a real aspect of life that many people can't seem to accept -- because human beings naturally become attached to other people, animals, things, times and places.

"Of course it is important to have long relationships in one's life," she says. "But ultimately, either by death or by moving or by a breakup, relationships will end too. Grief is a part of life -- and that's normal and natural."

How does impermanence affect your life, and how can you use it to your advantage?
