How Free Content Can Produce a Substantial Pay-Off

In this video from the Entrepreneur live stream, Evan Carmichael talks about the pay-off of producing free content on YouTube. He says he is a believer in giving away stuff for free -- but only if it's high-quality and engaging. 

"I would rather work with people who really value the stuff I have," he says. "But the people who want to free stuff, who will never buy your stuff -- those people you might want to eliminate -- but they help build your channel...If you're worried about how much to give away, chances are that the stuff you're putting up is too vanilla, and you're not going to get the results you want."
