Coffee and Bicycles Makes for a Brand That Even Beyonce Loves

This week, C1 Revolution features Mike Salvatore, owner of Heritage Bicycles, a Chicago bike store that doubles a coffee shop. Salvatore says he had the dual-concept in mind from the start and knew that food and drink would not only enhance the retail experience but provide him with exposure to two markets.

In this interview, the entrepreneur admits he doesn’t have it all figured, about but with customers like Beyonce, Jay-Z and Jack Dorsey, co-founder and CEO of Twitter -- he must be doing something right.
