Michael Chernow had an entrepreneurial spirit since he was a kid. From walking dogs at age 13 to becoming a delivery boy, Chernow found his passion in people. This passion helped drive Chernow to open seven successful New York City restaurants.

Having positive relationships, working hard and being fearless are a number of factors that fueled Chernow's success. Hiring the right staff and developing a culture of trust was also key to building his businesses. "It's all about teamwork," he says.

Chernow recently spoke with the team of the Spartan UP! podcast. Check it out above.
