In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Alex Berman goes over his predictions of what B2B sales will be like in 20 years. 

By 2036, Berman believes that companies will offer productized services -- meaning that people will be able to go to a company's website, quickly see the types of services being offered, pick something without talking to anyone in advance and sign up on the spot. 

This virtual way of business leads Berman to his next belief that video calls will also be on the rise. Companies will soon realize that meeting with someone in-person is no different than meeting them on a video call. Berman recommends that companies stop having clients come into their offices and start getting comfortable selling over video chat. 

Furthermore, Berman assumes that software will become cheap and the real money will be in new ideas.
