Peller is no stranger to television. After launching her , she was approached to be featured in a local newscast segment on "Last Minute Mother's Day Gifts." After her first appearance, she introduced herself to producers at the station and sent handwritten thank-you notes.

In order to continue landing herself in news segments, Peller maintained communication and built relationships with people in the industry -- she especially recommends to connect and stay in touch. Becoming friends with these people has helped her market her blog and land herself on television.
