Success is temporary, and failure is temporary -- it's all about the long game.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Bryan Elliott meets with fitness guru Jillian Michaels to discuss pivoting, learning from failure and pushing forward.

Sometimes ideas don't work out, and it's difficult to know when to move on to something else. In these situations, Michaels says it's important to pivot. For example, Michaels and her team put a lot of time and money into a networking app. When they were still preparing to launch, exploded, and it was nearly the same concept as Michaels's forthcoming app. That's when they pulled the plug and decided to use what they had learned and the assets they had created in a different way -- applying it to FitFusion and the app instead.

Michaels discovered that by finding what you're good at (in her case, fitness) and magnifying that, you can use that asset to your advantage and toward future projects.
