When Randy Hetrick was in the U.S. Navy, he and his compatriots needed a good way to train in order to keep themselves in the best possible fitness and stay alive. So, Hetrick developed TRX, a fitness company that uses lightweight and portable resistance bands. That way, Hetrick and his fellow soldiers could carry the workout equipment with them wherever they went and never have an excuse to get out of shape.

Since its inception, TRX has been used by people across the country, including NFL quarterback Drew Brees and, more importantly, Hetrick himself, who credits the equipment with his fitness level and health as he ages.
