1. Police is using Google Maps to solve cases. Location History setting, which once caused a stir among the masses, is apparently helping law enforcement to ascertain who all were around during the crime.

2. Not even the biggest of brands can't force you to pay extra for paper bags. Addressing a recent complaint against Bata, customer forum asked the shoemaker to pay INR 9,000 to a consumer for charging INR 3 extra for the paper bag.
