Held over a two-day event at Emirates Towers in March, the Abundance 360 (A360) Summit, an executive mastermind group created by Dr. Peter H. Diamandis, gathered a group of entrepreneurs, C-level executives and government leaders eager to keep abreast of emerging technologies.

The event, held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and hosted by the Dubai Future Foundation, featured a variety of speakers talking about how business leaders today can future-proof their businesses with moonshot thinking.

Dr. Peter H. Diamandis, co-founder and Executive Chairman of Singularity University commented on the significance of cultivating "moonshot thinking,' "If you're looking to try and make a disruptive change, trying to do 10% better than other people, isn't going to get it. What you really need to do to break into an industry and create a revolution is what you call moonshot thinking…going 10x bigger versus 10% bigger. So when you do that, it forces you to think in a totally different scale." He adds, "Moonshot thinking is thinking in a really disruptive, crazy fashion and realizing the day before something is truly a breakthrough, it's a crazy idea."

Ramez Naam, Co-Chair – Energy and Environment of Singularity University, Dr. Robert Hariri, founder, Chairman and CEO of Ceulularity and Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, also shared their views- check out the video for more of their insights!
