From financial to cultural to intellectual, there are at least nine different types of capital that an entrepreneur can obtain.

Shockingly, financial capital is the easiest to get a hold of. But if you're looking for funding from investors, you'll also have to show them what you have to offer -- which typically means demonstrating another type of capital. For example, someone who is asking for $500,000 from investors for their tech startup may have credibility because they have experience working in technology. This is called "experential capital."

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Patrick Bet-David describes each type of capital and how it may be used in the business world and when pitching to investors.
