Some goals seem damn near impossible until we sit down and literally break down how they can be accomplished.

You have to take apart each component part, understand it, then reverse engineer it into your life.

Making money is no different. Bar some outliers, you don't just "become" a millionaire.

You don't just get the money dropped into your bank account one day by some Millionaire Fairy Godmother like, "Oh hey…here's your million. Sorry for the delay, we've been busy all morning dropping off everyone else's million dollar checks!"

It's a gradual process that starts with a good idea.

That idea doesn't have to be something original -- it just has to be something that other people actually want or need. Something that you like enough to do every day without stopping.

Then here's the kicker... you actually have to do that thing. Every. Single. Day.

You find a way to help other people with that thing. You help them so much that they tell their friends. And their friends' friends.

You start making some money, and then a little more….and then a little more every day — until one day you look…and a little has become a lot.

And when you look at all the people you've helped — you realize that number is a lot, too.

In case you missed it, here's the formula: you have to help a lot of people to make a lot of money.

To make $1 million in a year, you have to help so many people that your work generates just about $2,740 every day. ($1,000,000 / 365 days = $2,739.73)

That might seem impossible, but think again. What if every person you helped gave you $1? You'd need to help ~2,700 people.

If everyone you helped gave you $2…now you only need to help ~1,400 people.

Imagine if they gave you $5….or $10! The number of people you'd need to help would go down.

Are you starting to see the pattern?

So here's the deal: You want to be a millionaire in a year? You'll need $2,740 today, tomorrow and 363 days after that.

Anything you want in the world can be yours, if only you'd break it down into tiny little chunks. Now that we've got that clear, it's time to find people who need your help.
