In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Colonel Nye of the Spartan Up! podcast series meets with Charity Water founder and CEO Scott Harrison to discuss growth, change and entrepreneurship.

After growing up in a conservative, Christian home, Harrison rebelled and moved to New York City to become a nightlife promoter. Clubbing, drinking, vacationing, gambling -- Harrison lost himself morally, spiritually and emotionally, he says. After realizing this, he decided to turn his life around.

Upon eventually moving to Liberia to volunteer, Harrison was exposed to a world he had never seen before. The scarcity of clean water in the country inspired Harrison to raise money for the cause.

Click play to learn how Harrison launched his nonprofit, which has since provided clean water to more than six million people in 19,000 villages across the globe.
