Ryan Serhant is an American real estate salesperson and reality television star. Serhant has been one of three real estate agents featured on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York since its first season in 2012. However, it wasn't always so easy. Serhant struggled when he started out, and he didn't find any help among many of his colleagues.
