Understanding sector players

You need to understand the sector and various players that it involves. You need to understand where they are coming from and what their mindset is like. The sector has big and small vendors, freelances and hence you need to have a good understanding f the supply side.

You need to deliver on time

Depending on the type of model you choose, you need to have a framework in place that have provide solutions on time. Guaranteeing solutions on time, you need a certain type of operations set-up.

Understand what your customer wants

You've got to understand your customers very well. We generally get caught up in our day-to-day chores and make certain sweeping assumptions about what works and what doesn't, and that's one of the changes that we are making. We are going to double down and really understand as to what does it take to get a customer really try our services. It's important to know what is the customer is looking for.
