Jeff Sheely, co-founder of UrbanStems, an on-demand flower company, was faced with an operational nightmare on the biggest day of the year, Valentine's Day. With not enough warehouse space and 15 times the normal day's orders, the team realized the day wasn't going to be full of roses.
