When Entrepreneur Network partner Ben Angel's father died of brain cancer, Angel was just 23. He felt a rage at that time -- an anger that was very unlike him. Feeling unsettled by that anger, Angel tried meeting with others to talk about what he was experiencing, but found it difficult to open up.

His solution? He went home and screamed into a pillow. He punched that pillow and allowed himself to physically release his anger in a way that helped him feel better without harming others.
