The streaming service Roku plans to raise over $200 million when it goes public later this month. Roku plans to list on Nasdaq and is reportedly pricing its shares anywhere between $12 and $14. Roku competes directly with Apple and Amazon. Both companies are coming out with new and improved streaming devices this month.

Target and Toms Shoes are partnering up with Apple to create an exclusive line of Apple accessories. The line will be sold exclusively at Target starting Oct. 8.
