How This Flower Delivery Company's Office Encourages Creativity Get a tour of Bouqs' airy and open office space.

Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars takes a look inside the spacious L.A. office space of the Bouqs Company.

Bouqs has an open space where all members can see each other, making it easier to pull in members from different departments and collaborate with relatively short notice.

In terms of leadership, Bouqs COO Eric Chan describes the company's CEO, John Tabis, as holding a very evolving leadership style. His style began with command and control, but with time, Chan sees his style evolving to a more visionary style, which involves giving high-level ideas.

The culture at Bouqs is one that is both hardworking and fun, says Tabis. As a startup company on the rise, Bouqs still carries that nose-to-the-grindstone attitude from its early days. When there was less development and fewer people, the company would heavily rely on its employees, who would all wear many hats. Now, with more people, the office space has become more important to stoking people's creative juices and encouraging productivity.
