Physical therapist John Marco founded the company in 2004 after seeing a void in the world of pampering service: a national brand did not exist. In 2006, he began franchising the service, which not only offered massages but also facials and waxing.

Based in New Jersey, the franchise earned the rank of No. 187 on Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 list for 2016.
