Our trained & talented interior decorators and designers offer complimentary consultations in clients’ homes or offices. We offer good/better/best pricing in all the major product categories for interior design. Window treatments including custom draperies & blinds/carpeting & area rugs/wallcoverings/ fine furniture & outdoor furniture/Accessories/Artwork/Lighting & more. Our franchisees can sell a few blinds or provide a whole home or office makeover.
For over 40 years, we have been refining and expanding our franchise support systems. Our franchise model encourages home-based ownership with the option to move into a “by appointment” studio location. We have several hundred franchises throughout the USA & Canada. We achieved “Best of the Best” standings by Entrepreneur Magazine ten years in a row and chosen a Top 50 Franchise by Franchise Business Review.
All franchises have “training”. We offer continuous learning as part of our training programs. To start, we have a 45 day pre-training followed by 2 weeks of classroom intensive training. The training includes Sales & Marketing, Design, Products, and how to run an effective and efficient business. Once the intensive training is complete, you are in business and start your Continuing Ed. That begins with 12 modules of training that go even deeper into product knowledge, marketing & business profitability. We have local and national field mentors to assist our franchisees. We have local and long distance training which includes company-wide conference calls, webinars, factory tours, workshops, one-on-one coaching as well as an intranet system that it filled with information covering all aspects of our business.
Our system also includes a one-stop marketing hub where our franchisees can quickly put together any advertising pieces using a few mouse clicks. Here, they can also edit or revise individual website or business Facebook account (both come with the franchise). We actually post updates to our franchisees’ Facebook accounts so they don’t have to take the time to keep it current and fresh. This hub also allows our franchisees market to mailing lists and to control their Pay-Per-Click advertising as well.
