In 1996, the Filta Group pioneered a filtering technique for food fryers called “FiltaFry.” Since that time, our FiltaFry service has become world renown for extending the life of fryer oil, in turn reducing the frequency of oil disposal. The service also includes the calibration of our customer’s fryers, in turn conserving energy. Naturally, FiltaFry is considered an environmentally friendly service, because it minimizes waste and conserves energy.
After the implementation of the FiltaFry brand, we felt it was our social responsibility to continue to improve our “green” practices. By implementing new corporate practices and creating new products/services, we continue our quest for conserving the environment. Most recently, the FiltaCool product was introduced as a way to minimize moisture, increase perishable shelf-life, and decrease the amount of energy used to cool walk-in coolers at various business.
