Our Specialty Salads are hand-tossed to order with a variety of fresh veggies, flavorful toppings and signature dressings. Add a steaming cup or bowl of hearty soup and one of our delectable muffins, brownies, or gourmet-style cookies and you've got a delicious, wholesome and satisfying meal.
 

While our sandwiches, soups and salads get plenty of notice, our signature smoothies and real-fruit chillers really turn heads. Made with our signature low-fat smoothie mix and real fruit, Frullati's smoothies taste great with any meal.


Those seeking a mid-day snack can add one or more of our "smoothie extras" to create a healthy, nutritious meal on the run. We also offer an optional breakfast menu and catering program for franchisees seeking to broaden their restaurant's appeal.

Frullati Cafés are generally located inside of regional malls. Frullati's sales will reflect the retail sales of the various malls in which the café is located.
