It's easy to feel overwhelmed as an entrepreneur. What to do first when there are so many things that need doing? Jen Groover, a serial entrepreneur, advises business owners to keep both a personal and a professional to-do list and prioritizing each one. She also suggests:
- Letting family, friends and business associates know your priorities so that they don't feel you're just ignoring them
- Creating a "drama-free zone" so that you can stay focused on your goals
- Don't beat yourself up for not getting it all done. If you cross off five things on your to-do list each day, you're probably making good progress
