If your business still doesn't have an account on Google+ then you're most likely missing a big opportunity when it comes to improving how your site appears in Google search results, according to Search Engine Land editor Danny Sullivan. The search engine tracks what happens on Google+, so the number of shares and +1's your content receives are now appearing in Google's search results. Also, the more pages you are "friends" with or conntected to, the more likely your business is to show up as a recommended search, Sullivan says.
