MOOCs, or massive open online courses, are great ways to share expertise with a large audience. As with any project, their success depends on careful advance planning. In this short video, we chat with Michael Goldberg, a visiting professor of design and innovation at Case Western Reserve's Weatherhead School of Management whose first MOOC starts next week. He shares tips for those planning their own online course, such as considering a global audience and devising ways students, experts and instructors can interact.
