The fitness marketplace giant, ClassPass, has acquired its competitor, GuavaPass! This acquisition will further ClassPass's expansion both domestically and internationally. ClassPass will absorb GuavaPass's founders along with some team members. This is ClassPass's second acquisition.

LG has come out with a TV that rolls itself up and vanishes from view when you don't need it. The 64-inch, super-thin TV hides in a base that doubles as a speaker. This futuristic TV is rumored to launch in the second half of this year.

The water refill station, FloWater raises $15 million dollars in its first major round of fundraising. FloWater's reusable water bottle refilling stations produce purified water for a fraction of the cost of bottled water. The FloWater stations are now in 50 states with clients like Google, Airbnb and RedBull.
