Is there a standard layout for contracts when buying out other businesses?

I'm really trying to save on the cost of a lawyer. I wanted to know if there are cookie cutter forms for this type of thing.
There are certainly forms available from a number of different sources; however, there really isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” form, since pretty much every transaction has unique issues. Even if the transaction isn’t very big, I suggest having an attorney represent you in any acquisition transaction.
