A mission statement communicates your company's goal's and tells your customers what you're all about. When writing a mission statement, think about what makes your business extraordinary.

Before sitting down to write, you should know who your customers are and what you can do for them, what factors contribute to the pricing and value of your services and what roles you and your colleagues play in the company.
