Lisa Druxman, M.A., is the founder of Stroller Strides, the largest fitness program for new moms in the United States. It's been repeatedly voted as one of the fastest-growing franchises as well as one of the best companies to work for, according to Working Mother magazine. Druxman's personal mission is to help moms achieve their dreams as a mom entrepreneur. She hosts a free online call each month for mommy-owned businesses.
A noted authority on prenatal and postnatal fitness, Druxman is a member of the National Speakers Association and is certified as a personal trainer and educator through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has received numerous business awards from organizations including the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Druxman is a well-published author in both print and online media, having won an APEX journalism award for one of her articles. She created the weight management program, L.E.A.N. Mommy (Learn Eating Awareness and Nutrition), which was released as a book by Hachette Publishing in 2007..
